Mahena Home
“Adult Residential Care Home (ARCH)” means any facility providing twenty-four hour living accommodations, for a fee, to adults who require at least minimal assistance in the activities of daily living, personal care services, and health care services, but who do not need the professional health services on an intermediate, skilled nursing, or acute care facility. A primary caregiver and/or substitute caregivers are living in at the ARCH to provide 24/7 support, care and supervision.
Nanea Care has three ARCH’s located in Aloha Estates, Mountainview:

-Mahena Home (1)
-Mahena Home (2)
Each Home provides beautiful accommodations for 5 residents. Residents live in their own furnished bedroom. Residents are able to bring in their own furniture and other personal items to the ARCH upon request.
Residents share the bathrooms and common areas like kitchen, living room, lanais and gardens. A telephone, television and radio are conveniently and easily accessible in the resident living area. There is wireless internet available in all three Homes.
The caregiver maintains the residents’ rooms and common areas in a clean, aesthetic and pleasant condition for the physical comfort and well-being of everyone.
Nanea Care believes in beautiful living. We put great effort in creating beautiful and comfortable Homes, that are surrounded by gracefully landscaped gardens and outside areas.
The three Nanea Care ARCH’s provides care that does not require 24-hour skilled nursing care, which includes:
a. Medication monitoring and administration;
b. Transportation to physician appointments and appointments to other providers;
c. Assistance with dressing, bathing and personal hygiene tasks;
d. Nighttime personal hygiene care and nighttime checks;
e. Assistance with toileting and incontinence;
f. Special dietary needs, if approved for special diet, and food preferences;
g. Housekeeping and laundry assistance;
h. Behavior management and support;
i. Activity services, which includes arranging for transportation;
j. Minor assistance with bills and finances;
k. Three healthy, well-balanced meals per day.
Nanea Care is dedicated to meeting the personal care, health and social needs of the residents. We encourage each resident to be independent, to maintain community contacts and to continue the pursuit of lifelong skills and interests. Services and activities provide the residents with the goal of improving or maintaining their abilities.
Activities play a very important role in the lives of everyone. By exercising your abilities through activities, you maintain a sense of independence, self respect and dignity. Nanea Care shall strive to meet these needs and interests through group and individual activities, both inside and outside of the home. Our well-balanced program provides social, recreational, intellectual, physical and spiritual opportunities and residents are encouraged to socialize with family and friends.
The rates for Nanea Care ARCH’s start at $4,300/month depending on the level of care that is needed. All services mentioned above are included in this monthly charge, as well as the accommodation.
